It looks like to me that we could experiencing a new type of muscular disease that mimics ALS? (Post covid, post vax related? I never had caught covid before the symptoms started) OR something extremely rare that is hidden really well from medical diagnostic tests. I have left my job as well...

This condition is scarily progressive for only 5 months in my case, much more aggressive than traditional ALS. Can confirm dark yellow smelly urine, smelly sweat that I never had before, indicating muscle wasting. Even my tongue and gums smell like rotten or something from the wasting.

Really abnormal looks like rapid onset in theory but if it was we should have at least abnormal emgs. My neurologists were telling me that emgs can still find issues before the muscle atrophy.

Muscle atrophy is literally everywhere am. I have sudden bowel issues as well, like the muscle is weakened causing extreme constipation.I had since end of May 4 emgs and all where clean! Everything gradually started after my COVID-19 vaccine.

Everything started in begging of April suddenly, I had sleep problems in the beginning and numbness and tingling. Then I started rapid losing muscle. Have done all sorts of blood tests (b12, thyroid, autoimmunes, MRI brain spine, ) I have lost 40-50 pounds since April.
