Final Update: I just got back from my EMG/NCS and I can report good news, the EMG came back clean except for fasciculations which confirmed his diagnoses of BFS. There were no Fiscs or + waves, which he says rules out anything like ALS 99.999% so I'm in the clear. I wish everyone a blessed...
