Saw the Neuro today.
He did a physical exam. All normal. When I said the twitches sometimes moved the joint he said that is not typical of ALS. I had no Babinski sign and no hyper reflexes or demonstrable weakness. He didn't recommend an EMG based on the normal exam and according to the local ALS.ORG, he's supposed...- DMHltd
