Hi Pat Thanks for all the tips regarding using the syringe, we had to use it earlier today, as Mam struggles more and more with the straws. We've never had a swallow study done, but it is clear that she is having more and more trouble with it. I'm sorry to hear aoout your Mothers struggles...

Hi T Bear Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately the PEG is not really an option as she's not considered well enough to have a general anaesthetic and she's too claustrophobic and uncomfortable for a local. She's still eating bits and pieces at the moment, fortunately. Best wishes, and thanks...
