    Our hearts are completely broken. We lost my dad 2 weeks ago today. The visitation and service looked beautiful and perfect. Our emotions are every where one minute sad, denial and anger. I HATE ALS!! 7 months and he's gone.

    Hi everyone, My daughter and I were going to fly out next month to see my dad again, but today my mom said hospice told her we needed to come sooner if we wanted him to know we were there...This is such b***s***!!! They think maybe a month and he will be gone.. I'm so angry and sad!!

    Thank you so much Tillie! Yes we know how rapid it is and we are blown away by it. I'm sure it was from him not being able to do the lip seal. It is going so fast and they have done everything they can with getting the PEG TUBE and BIPAP, but this disease is not slowing down at all. Thank you...
