Hi. What is anyone taking for reflux via tube feeding? Have been on Prilosec powder for suspension, but now with Medicare prescription plan it costs a fortune. Looking for other alternatives. Any suggestions? Thanks

Hi. I use Neudexta, have been on it about a year. It has helped tremendously with the PBA, but unfortanely I had no improvement in speech or swallowing

Bill, I have the same issue with bulbar. I use a disposable mouth swab. After brushing, I wet the swab, squeeze out the water( no aspiration please) and then swab out the residual. I do it a couple times and works pretty good. The swabs also come in handy as a mouth refresher.(minty).
