    Thank you for the replies. I will try the tonic water. I eat a banana every morning, but maybe a supplement would be wise. I do take magnesium, which helps slightly. It's as though I am pushing muscles to do what they don't or can't tolerate. I will soon know. Second EMG scheduled on 9/4...
