I'm just wondering at what point of progression of ALS did you first notice neck weakness . Is it a early symtom or more in the later stages ?

My Doctor today just did some test and told me that my blood oxygen levels are below normal and same with my breathing test . He still trying to run some more test on me . He gave me a thing to wear at night for breathing a mask. Does this sound anything like ALS ?

Today I woke up to half my right hand having a weird tingling sensation that lasted for 2 mins . It went away but Now when I close my hand I feel this weird feeling its not painful but feels like a strain in my hand . Did anybody get this ?

I don't believe I have anxiety but ever since my swallowing problems that i only feel in my right side of my throat and the right side of my face getting numb its getting me a lil freaked out . I apologize if im asking alot of Questions .
