    Was in a dark place

    Due to my cals abuse, I spoke to hospice who quickly got me carers 3 times a day which is working out well and am now feeling less stress. I am very thankful to all pals and cals who, as always gave me advice and support. I am in a much better place now and emotionally stronger. Thank you all xx

    I suffered headaches before bipap was given, now use it all the time and no headaches now, try to persuade him to use his bipap, he will really benefit from it , Anne xx

    CAL becoming increasingly abusive

    Thank you gooseberry for your reply, I have suggested many times he should join this forum, he says he will but then does nothing about it. Hopefully hospice services will do the trick. I have my daughter nearby to help with my care, Anne xx
