I started wearing sports trunks/shorts all the time. They slide off easier and feel comfortable. Once I'm up in the sling part of my rear is accessible for my caregiver to grip and pull my shorts part of the way down. Then when on the shower chair they pull the shorts the rest of the way off...

I use a wheel in chair and my bathroom is small. Finding a shower small enough to fit through the door took some time. Had to remove the bathroom to be able to get in. We do have to make sure the chair is centered over the bidet.
sorry! During the day I try to take 2 to 3 more whole containers but that will vary if eat anything by mouth. I still can eat mashed potatoes, pudding, yogurt, and a few other soft foods without choking.

Just move the damp paper around until you hear the bidet turn on. The water pressure can be adjusted on some bidets so cleaning is done, but aligning yourself over the water spray for cleaning is a bit tricky.
My right arm is like yours so I shake hands with my left hand. When I see someone get close enough where they may want to shake, I lift my left arm and hand with a smile. Being more confident helps the other person feel better about shaking hands.
