So should I be worried?
Twitching spread from feet and calves to shoulders, butt, lower back, thigh and now the frozen shoulder
I do yoga at least once a week and have a massage weekly so it seems odd.
Also it just started hurting randomly at 5pm one day whilst I was sitting in a meeting...

Shoulder is still very painful, even after getting a massage and taking anti - inflam.
I read that this is frozen shoulder and there is a link to ALS.
Twitching is very bad at the moment, around shoulder but also strong in my stomach and still crazy in feet and calves...
Well it all started about 8 months ago with aggressive twitching in my calves and feet. Was very worried so had EMG, fasciculations present but nothing else to report.
Tried to block it out for last 8 months, twitching persistent throughout and even spread to shoulder, stomach, thigh, nose...
I'm back again! So I had the fortunate opportunity to take a 2 week holiday to relax, eat heathly and get rid of these damn twitches!
Unfortunately the twitching in feet and calves has not subsided one bit. It is non stop, 24-7.
I know with a clean EMG, I should relax but my left ankle/above...

Hi wright, thanks for the explanation! I have uploaded the EMG.
My calfs and feet are still going crazy 24/7 even though I have taken some time off work to meditate and have been getting massages daily.
Let me know your thoughts.

Thanks for all the amazing advice, it has been very helpful and today I will donate to this site so it can continue to help people like me!
I saw a neurologist earlier today and he conducted a nerve conduction test and an EGM. All the results including some blood tests were normal...
I took the good advice of the people here and saw a GP.
She noted possible weakness in my left calf and slower reflexes as well.
She has referred me to a neurologist who I will see next week.
I came home and broke down. This is all so challenging and the fact that the twitching is stronger...
