It's been some time since I've been here , I remain un diagnosed however my daily dose of baclofen @ 80 mg a day seems to be working for me along with monthly VIT B12 injections and VIT D supplements ..... I do rather think all my symptoms are due to my VIT b12 deficiency that was not picked up...

Unsweetened pineapple chunks ( pureed if necessary ) or pineapple juice ( you can get thickened fruit juices if necessary ) , may help pineapple has an enzyme which helps keep a mouth clean . x Mary x

I too am a smoker not me ( tsk tsk ) and I have noticed over the last couple of weeks that I have started gagging when I inhale , the gag isnt confined to smoking but also when I stick my tongue out , but especially when I cough my jaw is also getting tired when I chew . This is something new...
