The air pressure on my trilogy is so high I can't sleep, how can I cut the pressure down

When I'm on my trilogy doing the day my Sp02 is 94 but when I fall asleep it drop to 80 and I wake up gaping for air

The main problem I having is too little air,i can't tell when to breathe in/breathe out

What is the best formulas to use in your peg?
