    Tiredness and stress can make muscles twitch. If drs confirm you are well and you cannot switch off the anxiety about als try a counsellor don't spend your time here searching for symptoms. Why do you think of als do you know someone who had it?

    We do not know what our gene is its none that are known so far my dad and at least 4 of his 8 siblings also my grandfather we suspect... I've just had my 50th and feel I've got to live it....
