    I almost have same issue with my right hand. When holding mouse or phone it hurts, as I read in ALS weakness generally happens without pain but also everyone experiencing this differently so still couldn’t figure out what’s going on but also still feel it it’s ALS.

    My first recognisable symptom was calf twitching but after one week I felt my thumb stiff and that’s when I realised the atrophy as well. Now my whole arm stiff and twitches and tremors as well. I don’t know what to do, what’s happening but there is something bad happening, I know.

    My thumb muscle, thenar muscle atrophied, it’s aches when I hold something in my hand with my index finger as well, so far no failure but it has small twitches and yesterday also twitched when I was holding a spoon.
