Does ALS ever present with pain? I am having extreme nerve pain in my legs along with weakness and fasciculations. The pain has gotten so bad I can barely walk. I was a previous athlete and these symptoms all started after covid. I am just wondering if covid could have caused ALS that had been in my system? These symptoms have come on very quickly and gets worse by the day.
