    My emg was normal, however since then my symptoms are much worse. Lots more muscle atrophy, tongue twitching at rest, nasal speech. I am seeing another neurologist soon

    how is the stiffness in the back of your tongue and jaw ?
    and please mention how s your speech now any changes or still same ?
    I do slurr when talking casually
    like I will say taxzi instead of taxi. My tongue feels slower to move and stiff as well... like the muscles are contracted.my tongue shakes alot when I stick it out my teeth do chatter lil
