Hey Lennon, yes, I also get tongue twitches as well. Not super often, when compared to my legs and arms, but do get them.

Thanks for answering my post. For me it all started after dizzy spells 24/7 almost 4 months ago. Then painful cramps and twitching. My tongue twitches when I take it out. What have your doctors said?

Doctor says it’s most probably bfs according to statistics. But I don’t believe that because it hit my throat. Bfs does not cause weaknes. My left thenar is smaller than the right. Twitching and cramps are 24/7 but not hot spot. It’s random and everywhere. From head to toe.
