Hey I have the exact same thing as you. Twitches everywhere and a constant ache and weakness in both legs. Legs shake when squatting. A doc checked my strength and found it normal. She is sending me to a neurologist for "reassurance". I told her my muscles shake on exertion but she brushed it off. When I asked about ALS she laughed out loud and told me "You don’t have ALS." I’ll be following your story closely!
