Hi, I posted back in September worried about my husband, having myself convinced he had ALS with atypical symptoms. Thank you to all the kind people that answered my questions and made me less anxious. Anyway just following up to say, he finally had his neuro appointment ALS was not even considered. MS and migraine were but as it turns out he has a very small benign, treatable meningioma (brain tumor). He may not even need surgery, we can just watch and wait as it is slow growing. The reason I’m posting again is to say you were right,no ALS and all that ALS anxiety was for nothing. I’m not saying a meningioma is not worriesome but I spent weeks anxious about ALS for no reason even having to go on medication for anxiety. So please listen to the folks on here if they say it’s most likely not ALS, they are most likely right. Please listen to them and go live your life and find out what really is wrong.
