Hello. I just joined. My mom was diagnosed with ALS on 1/7/2015. She has probably had it for a couple of years, this certainly was not on the radar. She is declining fast. I have been so busy helping her, working 2 jobs and being a wife/mom/friend, that I haven't had a chance to get a grasp on what I need to know. We have a lot of support via ALS clinic and home visits through her clinic. I just want to learn about it from people who are directly affected by ALS.
