hi, I was wondering if maybe I have starting symptoms of ALS because I have been feeling really weak, I have had muscle twicthing all over my body, I've been getting cramps all over my body mostly in my arms and legs, usually resting helps with my symptyoms im 21 and i would really appreciate some advice.
