Hello everyone, my name is Mike. My best friend of over 30 years was recently diagnosed with ALS. He was working at a major corporation with no disciplinary actions, his sales numbers were up and he just had a great review. He got a call one day and his HR manager informed him that today is your last day, your position has been moved to the central part of the country. They did not offer to relocate, a severance package or anything. Just goodbye...Has anyone had any experience with employers terminating because of diagnosis? Thanks, Mike
