Hi!! Im a 38 year old mother of five with a new diagnosis of mnd/als. What can I say, it stinks!! We are getting use to all the health care professionals coming and going and trying to deal with the reality of the situation. The worst part is my husband will be a solo dad of five. Hopefully not for sometime yet...
We are blessed with an amazing and free health care system here in New Zealand so they are making life as easy as possible for us. Hope to touch base with some of you. I have already found this forum very informative.
