I see you're from Georgia, so we're neighbors. I know you're in a foreign country, I also know that feeling. We are practically in your same boat, as far as not yet having told anyone, not even family. That day will come soon, but it has been a strain to keep it all in, thank goodness for this forum!
The people here will help any way they can, we're all here to do our best for each other. One thing I can tell you is this; I got to the point that I felt I needed help, and decided to try some anti-depressants. What a HUGE difference!!!! I'm taking only a half pill a day of FLUoxetine HCL 10mg, and it is saving my life! I am the caregiver in our situation, but this monster gets us all.
Please try this, you'll be glad you did. Ask your Dr. about it first, of course.
