First, welcome to the forums, sorry you're here. As for the diagnosis, our 'person to ask' here is a fellow named 'Wright' (look him up under 'Community' in the tool bar). Try sending him a visitors message with your info, maybe he will answer you. He is always busy, so it may take a while to get a response.

BTW, I've been to Munich a few times, love it!
