We paid $7,500 for the unit and another $1000 for accessories, equipment, unlocking Internet, etc. I have all the books and DVDs on programming, setting up eReader, MP3, emails. It does have Windows on it. Keyboard, mouse, including a extended USB port for an additional 5 USB ports. Light shield, fabric case & carrying strap included.
