You are in the clear. You HAD a neuropathy (a neuropathy IS NOT MND) and healed from it. The lack of spontaneous activity shows you are not progressing and the findings of your MUAP shows that something happened (i.e. the neuropathy) at some point and then you recovered from it. Give your body time to heal. It can take time.
