Charlie, you might try searching in the archives, I haven't seen this addressed since I've been a member here. Also try looking on the PLM(patients like me website).
Once you have a dozen or so posts here on the forum you'll have access to PM( private messaging). You might get a response from someone if it could be done privately.

The predicament you describe in your very first post is not specific to ALS. You are asking forum members to perhaps sacrifice their own reputations within their replies. This question belongs on something like craigslist discussion forum where things are anonymous and not necessarily limited to als. I hope this helps.
