Hello gmussio. It sounds like you have a lot of generalized symptoms in multiple areas of your body and that an EMG was performed on many of those areas. If that EMG was clean and the clinical evaluation done by your neuro showed no abnormalities, your twitches and odd feelings are not due to ALS. It's as simple as that. The weakness you feel in your hand is not true, clinical weakness because you were evaluated for that during your clinical exam. I am very confident you do not have ALS, just like your neuro is. Now you must do your best to instill that same confidence in yourself.
