Katie just re read my note and from what ive read on here a clean emg means definately no als
sorry im new here myself and am picking stuff up as i go but there are many other things that can cause your symptoms just put your faith in your doctor and press for an answer just really know how you feel

Hi katie I am going through the same nightmare as you . they know i have a neurological problem say it might be ms but have lots of muscle twitches and leg muscles are getting weaker . when i siggest it may be als not ms they say i have psychological problems ! I had a clear emg which usually mean everything ok but not always but what else can it be . I really undersatnd how you feel in nowhere land its terrifying .
