Thanks mike, So it happens all of a sudden that the tongue will just lying like limp there? I somehow convinced that the tongue can be partially paralyzed slowly, therefore affect speech over time :( But anyway, may be it is just me lacking of medical knowledge and worrying myself to sickness...
