    Thanks for your answer, Sherlock. I have reasoned in the same way about the on and off thing, and after reading the sticky posts here I really understand I should just go to the doctor again with my new symptoms (the stiff finger for example). Of course, still, it would be extremely interesting...

    Hi everyone, I'm a 29 year old male from Sweden and my story begins in 2008 when one of my fingers and my eyelid suddenly started twitching. Well, the finger moved involuntary a little bit to the right in a twitchy way, and the eye muscle twitch more "normal" (as they tend to do sometimes)...
