My new room is working out fine, I have more help and the nurses and auds are very kind..... and the view is gorgeous of the cascade mountains and the water front....I am happily settled. But what a day moving was. When we had moved everything up the head nurse said I couldn't stay because DSHS wouldn't pay for it until all the paper work was finished!!! but Jacqueline called my community and asked if they would pay for it, and they said yes....just until the paper work comes through. So my heart dropped to the ground and then bounced back up. Its really is a miracle that they agreed to pay! Any way I am settled. Thank you for your prayers!
The hot weather is coming our way...suppose to be 93 today! Thank God I have an air conditioner!!!

They decided to move me to the nursing floor ahead of time because my breathing is so bad. So I got a room with the view of the Cascade Mountains and the water front. I takes a big leap of faith to move to this new room because it is not set up the way my old room is....I have to hold on to furniture to get around.
Pray that I stay calm during this move...moving on Monday~

The news from Israel is very exciting...the Rabbi got compassionate access so Treat Us Now is trying to see if they will give compassionate access to folks in the states. Lets take it one day at a time in the present moment.

Hi Linda, Have you heard about the Israeli Treatment for ALs that is rocking our world? If you send me your email address in a private message I will send you a video and some info on it...it is truely miraculous...I would go for this treatment anytime it comes out. I heard that too about Dex coming out in Oct...but it is nothing compared to this treatment. They are going to so a clinical trial with it in Boston. Sure wished I lived there!

Hello Linda, just dropping by to say hi and how are you? I am hanging in here one day at a time. Its getting scary because my arms and hands are starting to twitch and cramp....I can't eat anymore...thank God for the peg! I can't talk anymore so I use my Ipad with an app that is so simple...whatever I type it speaks for me. Praying for you and lots of love...

Thank you so much for your message and your concern. I'm very aware that I've been quite absent from the sight, which is a poor response to the kindness and helpfulness of people here. I'm getting quite fast with Dasher, but finding more and more issues with using anything to access the computer. Trackballs are best, but often enough they are too hard to use I find. It's a challenge!

I was just reading your message from back in December, where you were grateful for a "year of slow progression". I'd love to think that is still the case for you.
