Well I talked to our local food bank and they were unable to. The ALS association said they usually take it but currently have a mountain of it.

The ALS Association Amylyx is a combination of sodium phenylbutyrate (PB) and tauroursodeoxycholic acid (TUDCA). I know many, including my dad have been taking TUDCA by itself as as a supplement.

Ours is at 35 for both as well which is the medium setting. It has one more lower and higher preset, haven't tried the higher one. Will try the pineapple juice, I was reading elsewhere on here that papaya juice may help too?

Yes we have been changing and cleaning it everyday.

How long do you think I should keep the gauze on the site? He had it put in last tuesday and the gauze has been dry pretty much since the day after.

Wish I could get some for my dad. Hopefully they open it back up again soon.
