Sorry to hear of your mum's diagnosis & of your worries. Your mum sounds as persistent as mine. She had a different onset but went on walking well after it was safe. I won't kid you, it was tough, especially the falls. For her it was about independence & pushing for as long as she could. Our public health nurse was a great help. She insisted on mum using a wheelchair outside the house but managed to frame it as something to help my mums fatique. I wonder if there's anyone like that who will be visiting your mum & who could help her accept help? Take care.
