Hi ! Welcome to the forum but so sorry for your need to be here. My dad is 80 and has limb onset ALS. It will be three years in May since he was diagnosed. Is there possibly a chance your mother could maybe participate in a clinical trial? It might be worth looking into. I also would recommend that she drink Boost or Ensure because it provides them with important nutrients and vitamins for their immune system. Hugs, Kim
