    Dexpramipexole - My husband was in the Stage 3 Trial - 300 mg per hay. He was on drug for over a year. Went off in January when the negative results of the trial were announced from Biogen. Since he went off drug we have noticed his progression speeding up, with a new speed to his loss of strength and muscle in his limbs. Has anyone else noticed this?
