  • I forgot to mention that you can probably get Neudexta compounded at pharmacy/chemist. That was an option for my husband before the drug went to market. You would need a doctor's script listing the proportions of the two ingredients that make up the drug (dextromethorphan and quinidine). Over here, last I checked, it was around $100 US.
    Hello, Terrier! Glad you are on the forum, sorry about your diagnosis. I do not know of anyone using the Neudexta via feeding tube. My husband is not currently on the drug, due to the cost. He is, however, taking an anti-depressant that helps somewhat. Good luck to you!
