SW2022, I have some similar issues, eg tongue sensation, F in 30’s. mri shows stenosis & hemangioma. Not to explain diffuse fascix, spasms, mouth symptoms—started with fizzy tongue in late Oct, and changed enjoyment of food. I initially confused it with thirst, but no amt of water changed it. I can’t stick tongue out but a few mm past lips now. Neuro says too soon for study since I can resist some with tongue.
