I am scheduled for diaphragm pacer and peg surgery in Cleveland next Weds. Was wondering if you still had positive feelings about the pacer?

Thanks Steve for the Bidet post. A bit more personal (if you don't mind), after the dry process are you totally clean and ready for clothes? I'm ready to make the purchase but I'd like to be assured.

I would very much like to know about your experiences with DPS. I have bulbar onset.

I go to the clinic in Charlotte. Symptoms started in 2003/2004. Started looking for medical answers in 2005. Was diagnosed withi PLS in2007. Diagnosis changed to ALS in Jan 2009.
