  • Happy Easter down their in San Diego. I have not found any als freinds here in California. I live about 3 hours north of you, Depends who is driving I guess hahaha.
That's for sure! Not boring at all. Well, work is boring right now but that's just how it is right after the "season". We all go in to a little but of a funk but we've been doing it for so long we expect it. My new body is certainly a challenge. It's amazing how nice people are. I mean, I've had good friends all along but they're all so much more caring it seems. Gentle and helpful and good. I sure do appreciate them.
That's great about your floor. That'll make it easier for sure. I don't know what changes we'll need here. The whole house is carpeted. Even the basement. Hmm...this'll be interesting. You've raised a subject we haven't given any thought. Thanks Shon! HAPPY EASTER!!!
    Talk to you later Sweets!
We had a pretty mild winter here which is unusual. Then everybody else in the country got snow and we didn't. I mean, they did in the high country but usually in the Front Range we get a huge unreasonalbe dump in March and we didn't. That means lots of wild fires and draught. Fooie! But, whacha gonna do?

Hi smwelder! Thanks. Today was pretty rough. I seem to be manic sometimes. I try so hard to stay upbeat but sink now and then. Someday I might need antidepressants. Thanks for sharing Toots! How are you anyway?
Thanks smwelder for the info. I'm not ready for antidepressants yet but will keep your information handy if the occasion should arise. Best wishes to you! I'll talk to you soon.
smwelder, it was also my second visit to the ALS clinic. The most positive thing for me was my FVC was 74%, while it was 59% in December. Not sure how accurate the first test was, but as we know you have to be up there for any of the clinical trials. When the PT conducted the push/pull tests on arms and legs, she said minimal change in strength since December. I had also lost 6lbs, but that was with the doctor and dieticians blessing since am probably 30 lbs overweight. I'll take that kind of visit every time.
