Hi , Im new to using computer messaging or threads so excuse me if I make mistakes. I have been suffering from palputations for nearly 9months and have been on Beta Blockers for 3months. These have helped in my rapid heart beat which was causing panic attacks. However the past week i have had a sensation in my chest like a muscle spasm lasting only a couple of seconds,and its usually when im trying to sleep or resting. I have never felt this before in my chest and it is really unnerving. Can anyone advise me on this please?
