I am in the exact same situation as you. Tick bity 2009, doxycycline for 3 mo and got better. Fast forward Jan 2012 bad cough etc then all symptoms returned. I test negative for Lyme by LabCorp and Quest but very positive with Igenex. I have been to 4 neuros because of the twitching. I also have floaters, a pressure headache everyday, stiff neck and perceived weakness. I had 4 EMG's clean. Had nerve conduction study a month ago..mild carpal tunnel (makes no sense). Anyway.. I am happy to converse with you during this journey. I have 4 boys and love life.. Feeling lousy for 3 yrs on Jan 1. Start antibiotics!
