    Hi Sam~

I had read that you had been or was swimming. I know that you have some serious issues with your muscle's and wanted to know how the swimming was? Iwant to try to do it but have feared it alittle because I need alot of energy for my 3 young ACTIVE kids! I just want to do something, I use to work out everyday for 2hrs so this has been hard. I lost alot of wieght in the start of this but have since gained wieght from not working out (and too much wine I suppose). anyway, just wondering if this would be good for me. Ihave no dx but I am afraid of hurting my muscle's in some way or making them worse. What do you think and how did swimming work for you! Thanks!!~~april
    Hey Sam,
As per usual, I STUMBLED upon this part of the web forum. So, do you put your picture on here? Do you put a different kind of message on this site than you do the other site area? I can't even navigate the first site area without typing the same message at least twice! (smile)

Well, getting to meet people like you is well worth the effort! 1 step + 1 step
= 2 steps.....KEEP GOING! Talk to you soon. Beyond
how are feeling? doing better after your appt?
    thinking about you,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
Hi, I am sure you are at a baseball game. lol. my 6yr old plays 2x week also.
I wanted to introduce myself. I have read your threads and I am impressed at your upbeat attitiude toward your situation! I just wanted to reach out and chat with other young mothers that are in the same boat. I have 3 kids. 6 yr old son, 4 yr old son, and 8 month old GIRL!!! This is a scary time for me and it is helpful to know that there other moms with young kids out there. you can see my story (sorry it was way to in depth and long, just wanted to cover it all. I dont think the symptoms go back that far though). Do you have boys? they are a handful but never a dull moment. Take care. april
