I was wondering did you try voice recognition software. Don't forget according to ADA (American's Disibiltiy Act) you are entitiled to certain accommodations at work. This might qualify or you can go to Amazon.com as find Dragon NaturallySpeaking Prefered or (professional) versions 9 and 10 for less than 30 or 40 dollars. There is little difference in the versions one you get to version 7. So the current version 11 for 200 dollars is not really necessary. Here is another MMN forum too.
