Roger, I don’t know the answer, but fro: reading this forum I gather there can be lots of different reasons, and that different things work for different people. Have you tried searching the forum? If you search on “muscle pain” you will find lots of discussion and maybe some ideas for things you can try. I hope hope you can find something that works to help your wife. Good luck!
