    Hello - I read your post and was wondering if you ever got any answers? I have very similar symptoms and am overwhelmed with anxiety wondering what is causing all this!

    Thank you for responding! I hope all goes well with the EMG!! I have had twitching all over that came out of nowhere about 5 weeks ago. I also have those hypnic jerks…. I have thought that my hand “feels weird” but not sure if it’s just because I’m hyper focused on everything and looking to see if new symptoms appear..

    I am being referred to neurology, and hoping to get some answers but I have gone down the google rabbit hole which has led to high anxiety and sleepless nights. :(

    I can certainly relate to what you've mentioned. I have had many weird sensations, but I, like you, can't tell if I'm just hyperfocusing on "weirdness" now that I would have otherwise just brushed off as a fluke. It's difficult to know. But the Google rabbit hole doesn't help.
