Hey I'm a 29 yo and I have had the exact same problem for 3 months and it's pretty much identical to Caliburn's problems but he doesn't seem be on this forum anymore...I'm curious if you found any answers yet? I have pretty much done anything there is to test except for the EMG test which I'm scheduled to get done just before Christmas...
