So very sorry for your loss, I lost my mom on 6/20/12 - it hurts so much still but I am finally remembering good times and when she was well. You will too...the holidays hurt...god bless....

Thank you all for the kind word, we are on our way back to Texas, it was such seal if trip with funeral and then in two days, went through all moms, clothes, things , and all the pictures! stepdad is devastated and so lonely I worry about him, all the tears...we are getting our new puppy on...

Funeral service was today, it was just perfect the way she wanted, feeling so exhausted but so much love from family and friends, many many checks in lieu of flower to ALS, we must beat this disease, I'm 48 and really wNt to see a cure before I die...I know mom will be charring with God in...

I am so sorry for your loses, I lost my mom yesterday..she was in wis with all of the family, I am in TX..I saw her a week ago and was also able to say goodbye..then after I left she slipped away so fast..she is now dancing with Jesus and the angels...we travel to wis tomorrow for memorial...

mom passed peacefully and is now dancing with Jesus and signing with the angles. Family was with he roost of the night in wis, I was put on my porch under the beautiful sky in TX..finally went to bed..woke up, around 230 am, wide awake went to the bathroom, got some water, back in bed, didn't...

Mom slipped into a coma last night...stepdad and brother there, more family heading to be with her..i will be able to call and talk in her ear later today..she is going very fast and we are happy about that..but this is so darn hard..wish I was there... me and my aunt wrote her obit...

I feel the same way, Mom is 74 was diagnosed Jan 2011 and is now in hospice care, we dont think she has much time now..I want God to take her soon as well, she should not be laying in a bed and not being able to eat, talk or move..please dont feel guilty... by the way, my mom took that rilutec...

yes, mom has email and brother and sis in law will make sure she gets to see them..I told her I would send lots of email and pcitures too.

So Sat said goodbye (or should say I didnt say those words) to mom..it was the most heartwrenching hardest thing I ever did,..we cired and cried..I told her to come visit me as one of her fav birds and that one day we would walk on the beach again like we did in Florida every year for miles and...

So visited with mom this morning, she took nap so decided to leave the hospice for lunch, as I was walking out, they were wheeling a dead body out covered in a nice hand made quilt all the nurses standing very nicely..so I decided to wait moment as they went out the front door..then I saw them...

So far so good, mom was so happy to see me..she was smiling and step dad said it was because of me, told her I would do a soft shoe dance for her..I'm quite the goof...she laughed..step dad told me all moms wishes foe services, ect..I was doing pretty good all day..thinking I'm just doing the...

Ok, so I made it to wis, good flight, rentL car...got to city where my hotel is, and sitting next to me at stoplight is my sister in law! So that Must be a good sign! Hard question...how will mom pass? Breathing? Will she just fall asleep and be with God? I think this will be peaceful for...
